Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Capsule Cosmic Journey orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DHL EXPRESS: Most of countries: delivery within 3-7 days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the courier company will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 3-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.

While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Capsule Cosmic Journey is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Capsule Cosmic Journey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
