We do not accept returns or refund unless the item you purchased is defective and the tag is not removed. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ecommerce@ccjourney.co with details of the product and the defect. You must send us the item you consider defective within 2 days of its delivery to the address that we will provide you in the e-mail.
